Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Window

Customers can request a return, exchange, or refund within 1 day (24 hours) after the delivery date of the product.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Product must be unused and in original condition.
Product must be returned with original packaging.
Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Shipping charges paid during the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example:

Product Amount: ₹999
Shipping Charges: ₹99
Refund Amount: ₹900
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged products caused by customer misuse
Products returned after the allowed return period
