Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via email or phone

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return

 


 

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

 


 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Please share clear photos/videos for verification
